After booking, please check your email to verify that your booking was received and recorded successfully.
When attending your swab appointment;
- PLEASE WEAR A MASK.
- On arrival, please park on Ponsonby Road near the Franklin & Ponsonby Road junction.
- Please make your way to the back of the clinic which can be accessed via the driveway next to Fat Belly Deli near the top of Franklin Road.
- PLEASE OBSERVE SOCIAL DISTANCING.
- Please do not arrive early, as there will be other patients before you.
- Due to the high volume of testing during the Omnicron outbreak, please allow at least 48 hours for your results (could be longer).
